This time, however, not so many babies are dying.  It&#8217;s not so scary.  We&#8217;ve gone from, &#8221;Mother&#8217;s milk is the only safe food for a baby during the first six months of its life.&#8221; to &#8220;Breast is Best.&#8221;</span></h3>
